The “Small Changes, Big Differences” campaign is aimed at reducing overdose deaths and improving community health in Allegheny County by advocating for simple, practical, everyday measures that are proven to save lives. The campaign provides information about the ways anyone can play a part in stopping overdose in Allegheny County, whether or not they actively use drugs. Everyone is affected by the tragedy of overdose, and each of these deaths are preventable. By working together, we can end the crisis of overdose deaths.
